Sunbeam Electric Throw Review
If your office is in the arctic, or your home craft center is just north of the ice caps, a smaller throw to keep you warm while you work is ideal. You might not need a full size blanket designed for a bed, but rather something smaller that won’t get in the way while you type or complete your next creative project.
The Sunbeam Electric Throw is made from 100% polyester and has a microfiber top layer and a Sherpa bottom layer. It is smaller than heated blankets. The microfiber layer is patterned in blue plaid or damask in teal and brown. It has a single controller with 3 different heat settings for your comfort.
It has also has the added safety feature of a 3 hour automatic shut off if you get completely sidetracked while you work. It is machine washable and dryer safe and has a 5 year limited warranty.

The Sunbeam heated throw has a very decent quality and price, it is very soft and fluffy even when it is not turned on. So it will keep you warm when you don’t need added heat or when it is colder and you need to turn up the settings to high.
The three different heat settings helps you to regulate how much warmth you need when you binge watch your favorite series under this throw, and if you fall asleep halfway through your marathon session, it has an automatic 3 hour shut-off to keep you safe.
It is not a very large blanket, but a throw to keep you warm while you work or relax. It will not cover the entire length of an adult body. The controller is not very durable but is easy to use. The wires are more prominent than in other lighter blankets, but the material is thicker and is still very fluffy.
Unlike other very soft blankets or throws, this sunbeam throw is very soft but also a bit thicker and has a luxurious Sherpa layer. It is not too stiff due to the flexibility wires. Most other blankets and throws are only available in one color or in a uniform range of colors. This throw is available in a plaid or damask pattern that will suit a variety of interior designs and tastes.
It is has 3 different heat settings where other blankets may have up to 20, but why overcomplicate matters? A low setting with this throw that is already fluffy and warm could already be more than enough to keep the cold at bay. It is not a full sized heated blanket and will not warm an entire couch or bed.
If you want a smaller heated blanket or throw that you can snuggle under while you work or read or watch the season finale of your favorite series, choosing this throw with its soft Sherpa layer rather than a full size blanket will suit you well.
The Sunbeam Electric Throw is also well suited to someone recovering from illness or just sitting watching some movies at home to keep the chills away (if the movie gives you chills the throw may still help).
It is not designed to warm an entire bed or cover you completely. It will be ideal to use while you are going about your day at your desk or on your couch.
